Viscose-based carbon fiber is fabricated after the viscose-based fiber being plied and preprocessed,then sent into carbonization furnace and through 1100℃ high temperature carbonization under the protection of inert gases.
Viscose-based carbon fiber has high tensile strength, high modulus and small specific gravity, and most importantly, it has excellent ablation resistance, therefore it is mainly used in aerospace industry as ablation resistant material.
Viscose-based carbon fiber can be made into all kinds of composite material products(such as car brake pad and sealing material,etc.)with rubber,nylon and phenolic resin.
Use method
When using it, first cut off the Viscose-based carbon fiber according to requirements, and then suppressed with rubber, nylon and phenolic resin into ablation resistant composite materials with different shapes.
